I’ll guide the pacing, movement, and posing so everything feels natural - never rushed or awkward.
We’ll start with the classics, then build from there. Whether you want something quick and polished or a fully customized shoot beyond campus, each session is designed to reflect how you want to remember this moment.

Mini Session — $285 per person
One location · Individual portraits + group photos included
Designed for grads who want beautiful, intentional photos without a full-day commitment. Mini Sessions keep things efficient and thoughtfully paced.
You’ll choose one location, and the session length automatically scales with your group size. Each person selects 15 fully edited individual images*, with unlimited group photos included at no additional cost.
Perfect for capturing the classic cap-and-gown moment. Polished, natural, and easy.
*For groups of 1–3, each person receives 20 edited images.
Session length by group size:
• 1 person — 20 minutes
• 2–3 people — 30 minutes
• 4–6 people — 45–60 minutes
• 7+ people — 60–90 minutes
The Deluxe Session
Designed for grads who want time, variety, and a fully tailored experience.
Pricing:
• 425 per person (1 grad)
• 385 per person (2–3 grads)
• 365 per person (4-6 grads)

Deluxe works just as beautifully for those who want to stay on campus and at Chautauqua, taking the time to create a more in-depth, high-return set of images. This is your moment, and we’ll use the time in a way that feels right to you.

We’ll start with the classic shots your family will love, then move into the places and details that define your CU experience - your favorite study spot, a signature coffee run in cap and gown, golden hour on a rooftop, a familiar trail, a quiet corner that feels like yours.
However your Boulder story looks, we’ll photograph it with intention.
Every strong image we capture is fully edited and delivered. If it’s good, it’s edited. If it’s edited, it’s yours. Guide me through your vision, and I’ll handle the color, tone, and retouching with intention, refining each photo until it feels right.

Let’s Talk Logistics
A few practical details to keep everything smooth and stress-free.
Groups & Coordination
For group sessions, I recommend choosing one point person to help coordinate communication and timing. It keeps things simple, organized, and easy for everyone on the day of your shoot.
Payment
A 50% deposit is due at booking to secure your session, paid via Venmo. The remaining balance is due once your final, edited images are delivered, also via Venmo.
What Happens After the Shoot
Within a few days, you’ll receive a private gallery to view your images and make selections (depending on your session type). Once selections are finalized, editing begins, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
For Deluxe Sessions, image selection isn’t available, as every strong image is fully edited and delivered. For both session options, final galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks.
Editing
Editing is a hands-on, intentional process for me. Each image is individually reviewed and refined for color, skin tone, and overall polish. While some photographers batch-edit for speed, I prioritize consistency and quality so your photos hold up beautifully over time.
Mini Sessions: When viewing your unedited gallery, keep in mind that editing is where the images truly come to life. It’s half the magic.
Timing & Light
Most sessions take place around 5:30pm, when the light actually feels like Boulder. Exact start times may shift depending on group size, lighting conditions, alternate creative approaches, or custom availability. We’ll dial this in together.
Weather Policy
April and May in Colorado can be unpredictable. Wind, clouds, or occasional rain are all part of the deal. As long as it’s workable, we’ll push forward. Light rain can actually add character and sometimes makes a shoot feel more cinematic and special.
Sessions will proceed in light wind, clouds, or light rain when safe and feasible.
In extreme cases, I’m always open to talking through options. Alternate availability isn’t always guaranteed, but communication is key and we’ll figure out the best move together.
Rescheduling & Flexibility
If something unexpected comes up, just reach out as soon as you can. Life happens — I’m reasonable and always happy to talk through options when possible.
Usage Rights
Your photos are yours to use however you’d like - Instagram, LinkedIn, graduation announcements, framed on your wall, whatever feels right. I may also share a few favorites for my portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
